We use specialized tools like powered drain snakes, blow-out guns with compressed air, and high-pressure water jets to completely clear obstructions of algae, mold, and sludge. We also safely extract any standing water from the drain pan and area.

Preventive Maintenance Flush & Treatment
The best fix is prevention. Our maintenance service includes flushing the drain line with a non-toxic, EPA-registered bio-cleaner that breaks down organic growth, followed by an algae-inhibiting tablet placed in the drain pan to prevent future clogs for months.

Condensate Pump Service & Repair
For units where gravity drainage isn't possible, the condensate pump is critical. We test pump operation, clean the reservoir, and repair or replace faulty pumps and float switches to ensure reliable water removal.

Full Drain System Inspection & Redirection
We inspect the entire drainage path: the primary drain line, secondary (emergency) drain pan, and termination point. We ensure lines are properly pitched, not sagging, and terminate correctly away from the foundation to prevent re-clogging.
