Indoor air quality testing
What Are You Really Breathing Indoors? Indoor air can be 2-5 times more polluted than outdoor air. Allergies, asthma, fatigue, and persistent odors often stem from unseen airborne contaminants. Our professional testing goes beyond guesswork, using precise instruments to identify pollutants so we can recommend the most effective solutions for your home.
01.
Comprehensive Particulate & Allergen Testing
We measure levels of PM2.5 and PM10 fine particles, which include dust, pollen, pet dander, and mold spores. Using a laser particle counter, we provide real-time data showing how your air changes with system operation, activity, and outdoor conditions.
02.
Humidity & Moisture Analysis
Excess humidity fosters mold and dust mites, while low humidity causes discomfort. We use hygrometers to map humidity levels in key areas, identify sources of excess moisture, and assess if your HVAC system is properly controlling humidity for South Florida's climate.
03.
Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Screening
We use a photoionization detector (PID) to screen for elevated levels of VOCs—chemical off-gasses from cleaning products, paints, furniture, and building materials that can cause headaches and respiratory irritation.
04.
Carbon Dioxide (CO2) & Ventilation Assessment
High CO2 levels indicate poor ventilation and "stale" air, leading to drowsiness and poor concentration. We measure CO2 to evaluate if your home is bringing in enough fresh, outside air for proper dilution and health.
